The images in this gallery are a work in progress.
They are not complete paintings. I thought it would
be interesting to post the paintings I am working
on in stages (each day I work), so you can see how
I form some of my creative pieces. I don't always
start my paintings the same way. There are many different
techniques as there are many artists. It is important
to start your painting with a good foundation and
build the painting up from there. When the painting
is complete I will move it into the appropriate gallery.
I don't give all the details here on how I create
a painting, but I am in the process of creating an
educational book and DVD on how to "Create Your
Own Tropical Expression Paintings" that will
teach you to draw and paint. I will share with you
different techniques and how I come up with my ideas.

Stage 6 of "The Beautiful
Dance of Hula" painting is now complete as of September 16,
2009. This painting took approximately 6 days or 9 hours.
Canvas size is 16"x20" and this original painting
is $1,142.00 and now for sale in the "People - Gallery II" |

a rainbow maybe 30 more minutes

Girl. Finished! This one flowed some paintings do compared
to others. This painting took approximately 7 hours. I am
moving this into the "People Gallery"

For every artistic creation sold, 10%
of the sale proceeds (before taxes) will be donated to one
of the following charities: TriValley Women Shelter, Christian
Children's Fund or The Nature Conservancy during the month
of December for the year the art was purchased.
